Located in the town of Les Pieux, 20km from Cherbourg, we brew
beers labeled organic using the traditional method of fermentation
high. We pay particular attention to the origin of our materials
raw exclusively from organic farming: barley malts and
Norman wheat, Breton, English and Belgian hops, sign the qualities
tastes of our beers.
A REAL SEAL STORY
Fishermen, oceanographer, wreck hunter, long-distance captain…
the labels of our beers are embodied by authentic “wolves
of sea” of the Normandy coast to which Victor Hugo had given a vibrant
tribute in his novel "Les Travailleurs de la mer", written during
his exile on the neighboring island of Guernsey. The illustrious Victor even came
dinner 200 meters from the brasserie just before leaving for the island
Anglo-Norman.
