The Tailhac orchards offer quality products processed directly on the farm. The farm mainly cultivates nuts and old varieties of cereals.
The varieties of walnut trees used and our technical expertise allow us to offer our customers large-sized walnuts that are easy to crack and have a clear kernel.
Our means of production now allow us to harvest the nut, wash it, sort it and dry it at the same time. This allows us to maintain exceptional taste quality and good conservation of the nut all year long following the harvest.
