The tailhac orchards offer quality products directly processed on the farm. The farm mainly grows nuts and ancient varieties of cereals.
The varieties of walnuts used and our technical expertise allow us to offer our customers large caliber walnuts that are easy to break and have clear kernels.
Our means of production today allow us to harvest the walnut, wash it, sort it and dry it at the same time. This allows us to maintain exceptional taste quality and good conservation of the walnut all year following the harvest.
