Walnuts (200g) Halves of kernels in vacuum-packed bag

Walnut kernels of the Chandler, Fernor or Lara variety shelled in the cracking workshop on the farm then sorted to keep only the quarter kernels or invalid kernels of light color and excellent quality. The kernels are then immediately vacuum-packed for optimal preservation and to maintain the perfect appearance of the kernel. Quarter kernels have the same taste but are smaller than half kernels. They can be easily used in preparations to enhance dishes.
