Organic Rosé Wine - Le Grand Pan AOP Languedoc Cabrières 75cl

Crisp and fruity rosé wine with good intensity. 
Beautiful balance and length on the palate.
 View: Bright wine, pale pink color.
 Nose: Intense, floral, aromas of scrubland and red fruits.
 Mouth: Rosé of expression and character. 
A powerful and rich palate with aromas of very ripe fruit, a very good balance, for this rosé wine with great finesse. 
Excellent freshness on the palate characterizes this crisp and joyful wine, a “natural” expression of the Cabrières terroir.
 Terroir: Shale scree.
 Grape variety: Grenache 40%, Cinsault 50%, Syrah 10% Vinification: Destemmed harvest. 
Juice obtained by direct pressing after 6 hours of skin maceration. 
The extensive extraction characterizes the very particular vinification of the vintage. 
Low temperature fermentation of clarified juices. Aging: Drink young, but its structure gives it good aging potential (2 to 3 years).
 Vineyards: 6 hectares grouped around the old Cabrières sheepfold, in organic farming, on schist soils.
 Organic Agriculture Ask the earth, ask the plants, the herds. 
The Great Pan was much more than a god, he was Nature. 
Half man, half goat, free drinker, his music protected the countryside. 
His ancient message inspired the Cinsaults, the Grenaches from the old Cabrières goat farm. 
Because here, in the maquis on the schists of Pic de Vissou, we know, the Grand Pan is not dead. 
And it is he who drinks us with this pure, free & living rosé. 
Mythological & organic, it will give our aperitifs a new joy, between goat cheese, grilled peppers with “gabels” (Occitan branches) and freshly brought peach from the nearby Mediterranean.
