Red from organic cultivation, very fruity and fresh 50% Syrah, 35% Grenache, 5% Cinsault, 5% Mourvèdre, 5% Carignan Eye: Brilliant wine with a beautiful deep red color with purple reflections Nose: Good intensity, fruity and pleasant, aromas of red fruits Mouth: Fruity attack, supple tannins with a nice freshness on the finish. 
Silky and delicious Serving temperature: 14-16° Destemmed harvests. 
Vatting 4 weeks of maceration Good aging potential Food & wine pairing: Rack of lamb with baked parsley butter.   The vegetarian touch: Tagine with 5 vegetables Ask the earth, ask the plants, the herds. 
The great Pan was much more than a god, he was Nature. 
Half man, half goat, free drinker, his music protected the countryside.    His ancient message inspired the Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre from the old Cabrières goat farm. 
Because here, in the maquis, on the shales of Pic de Vissou, we know, the great Pan is not dead. 
And it is he who showers us with this pure, free & living red.
