The incubator transforms fresh organic white garlic from Gers (Lomagne) into certified organic black garlic.
We are two friends from Gers for a long time, installed on the family farm in Cadeilhan still in activity, in organic for more than 10 years. We wanted to promote a local product too often processed far from production areas.
Black garlic is a natural product that has exceptional nutritional and taste properties as well as medicinal properties.
Organic black garlic is obtained by a complex process of steaming (at low temperature) for 2 to 3 weeks with careful control of humidity and temperature.
We use recycled, recyclable and plastic-free packaging for our products.
