LEVIA was founded in Bavaria in 2018 with the mission to sell products that enable customers to improve their sleep themselves - effectively, completely naturally and scientifically backed.
For many years, the founders themselves struggled with sleeping problems and when they were looking for alternatives to sleeping pills and the like, they came across therapeutic weighted blankets. These have long been used in the medical context to treat sleep disorders and also helped them to finally be able to fall asleep and sleep through the night again.
In search of the perfect blanket, they finally decided to launch their own high-quality weighted blankets under the LEVIA brand. In 2023, LEVIA was sold to the Berlin startup Everstores. Everstores is now continuing to work to help customers get better sleep and improve the LEVIA blankets with direct feedback from customers.
