Dry Gin Diploma - 44%: A Gin produced in France according to a recipe dating from 1945. HASAt the time, this gin was exclusively intended for American soldiers stationed in France after the war.   In 2010, Edouard Bétegnie decided to bring the spirit back to life while respecting the original version. HASDijon, he will find the distillery, and even the still used for production.   All the conditions were met to offer an old school gin, named Diplôme in reference to French know-how.    Ingredients: Juniper berries, orange peel, lemon, coriander, wild angelica, Iris roots, fennel seeds and saffron.    Best enjoyed chilled!
