Gin d’Azur – 43%

Gin d'Azur - 43%: A gin born under the sun of the Côte d'Azur.   The botanicals are all selected from small Provençal producers working in organic farming.   The ingredients are then distilled separately in copper stills over an open flame and then blended.   In the interest of sustainable development, the bottles do not contain any plastic elements.    Distillation takes place in the Cognac region using traditional methods.    Ingredients: Lavender, Menton lemon zest, marjoram, mountain savory, rosemary, star anise, thyme, juniper, touch of Camargue salt A fresh and herbaceous gin where thyme and marjoram are first expressed, then comes juniper, and finally lemon for lightness.
