Gin Oxley

Oxley Gin is one of a kind. Distilled at -5°C, in order to obtain a flavor impossible to reproduce in traditional heated stills. This method also allows the use of freshly frozen citrus peel unlike the dried peel traditionally used. 14 plants are used for its manufacture and each bottle is numbered. Oxley Distillery: After more than 8 years and 38 recipes of obsession and experimentation, the scientists and founding distillers of Oxley have succeeded in creating their ideal gin. For this, the latter had to reinvent the distillation process which occurs below zero degrees Celsius, thus making it possible to keep plants as fresh and tasty as nature intended.
