Penderyn Brecon Botanical Gin

Brecon Botanical is an extremely fresh and fruity gin full of aromatic botanicals, as its name suggests: Botanicals. It is distilled in small batches over open heat in a traditional copper pot still. The nose is marked by a rich complexity of fresh juniper, followed by coriander and sweet spices. By adding sparkling water or tonic, the aromas of lemon, orange and bergamot are revealed, as are the notes of cinnamon, clove and saffron. Botanicals is a perfect balance between aromatic intensity and finesse. Penderyn Distillery: The Penderyn Distillery is the only distillery in Wales and produces whiskeys and spirits. Renowned for its single malt whisky, the Penderyn distillery is a subtle blend of tradition and modernity. He whispers to himself that he would even be the sweetest “uisgy” in the world. By distilling for the first time in 2000, this distillery built near the Brecon Beacons National Park, revived the ancient tradition of Welsh whisky.
