La Hechicera Banana

La Hechicera Banana: This reference is a tribute to the history of the Riascos family, former banana producers, before specializing in the manufacture of rum.   The Serie Expérimental Banana reference is aged in American white oak barrels. During the aging process, pieces of fair trade organic bananas are added to infuse the liquid.   To find the ideal balance of flavors, the master blender selected sun-dried bananas to add to the different rums that will be used in the blend, in order to maintain the intensity of the fruit without altering the balance of the rum.
