Nordes Atlantic Gin

Nordes Atlantic Gin: Named after a cool wind called Nordés, this gin comes to us from Galicia, a coastal region in the northwest of Spain. After three traditional distillations, a fourth and fifth pass are made by adding 14 ingredients. The base alcohol comes from a distillation of albarino grapes, a variety native to the region, other ingredients grow wild, soaking up the scent of the Atlantic Ocean. The macerations are carried out separately to capture the purity of the aromas.
