Each year, this cuvée reveals the expression of the youth and fruitiness of Chablis. Serving temperature: between 12 and 14°C Pairings: scallops, grilled fish, white meats Maison Régnard, one of the oldest and most prestigious Maisons in Burgundy, was founded in 1860 by Monsieur Régnard. In 1984, Baron Patrick de Ladoucette took over the Domaine and has continued to perpetuate and improve the style and typicality of the wines.
