The Tottori Blended Whiskey Aged in Bourbon is a blend of several Japanese whiskeys which will then be aged for a minimum of 3 years in Bourbon casks. The assembly is completed with spring water from Mount Daisen. Matsui Shuzo Distillery: The Matsui Shuzo Distillery is located in Tottori Province in Japan. It is originally famous for its sake and shochu. It confirms its letters of nobility by making exceptional whiskeys under the name Kurayoshi, "life is beautiful" in Japanese. The secret of their spirits lies, according to them, in the use of “fresh water from the generous snowfall of the Daisen mountain range” and the “proximity to the Sea of Japan, which gives it a certain fragrance”.
