Lind & Lime, created in 2017, is a Scottish and maritime Gin. Scottish because it is distilled in Edinburgh, and maritime because more specifically at Leith Distillery, located on the essential port of the capital of Scotland.
The Leith Distillery teams have, with this balanced and intensely refreshing expression, shaped their own definition of London Dry Gin. Their mantra: do something very simple, but do it perfectly! While the world of Gin today is in full swing, with a very wide and diversified offer, and complex expressions, Lind & Lime wanted to refocus on the very definition of a "classic Gin".
