When we, that is Morris Hebecker and Andreas Dorffmeister, moved into the Lindwurmhof in Munich more than 15 years ago, our journey together began as friends and, for some time now, also as business partners. Right from the start we shared the enthusiasm for honest craftsmanship and exquisite culinary delights. That's why we've dreamed of distilling a high-quality gin lovingly by hand for many years. A dream that we have finally been able to realize with our LINDWURM GIN.
Almost every day we see the legendary "Lindwurm" that adorns the cast-iron railing of the railway bridge over Lindwurmstraße. The people of Munich tell each other that this “lindworm” is supposed to keep an eye on the “gateway to Sendling” and watch over his district. Inspired by this mythical animal and its meaning, we finally found our in honor of him
