Located in Seine-et-Marne, our microbrewery draws its inspiration from the Brie countryside. For the past three years, we have been brewing and testing our recipes to create craft beers that reflect our territory and our way of working.
We are a small artisanal production: brewing in small quantities allows us to control our flavors, refine each recipe and develop a unique and original taste identity. This deliberately small scale gives us the freedom to experiment, adjust and offer beers that truly reflect who we are.
