The Costa-Rica Tarrazu cru is characterized by a harmonious and balanced taste, very slightly fruity and tangy. A slightly spicier finish, with barely spicy notes, rounds off the tasting in style, leaving a fine and delicate aroma in the mouth. On the steep slopes of Tarrazu, at an altitude of around 1700 m, the mineral-rich soil provides the region's coffee trees with optimal conditions.
