Our Premium Essential oils are used for blending with carrier base oils to make bespoke combinations for massaging the body. They should not be used undiluted, with the exception of Lavender.By adding different essential oils to base carrier oils this then, during massage, carries the essential oils into the body. Please note that adding too much essential oil is not recommended and could cause health issues. When mixing essential oil from a recipe please do not add more than recommended for one massage. If the skin is dry and you need more oil simply add more carrier base oil as opposed to more essential oil.It is best when mixing your oil to purely mix for that massage session only. Make sure you mix in a saucer as some oils do not last long once exposed to the air.Essential oils can also be used in the bath, in cream, lotion, bath oil, bath salts, bath bombs, oil burners, inhalers, hot & cold compresses, perfume, soap & candle-making.Always keep your oils out of the reach of children, in a safe cool dark place and keep as you would any medicines.
