Nature Wax C-3S - Sunflower Wax for Container Candles

Here at LiveMoor, we're excited to announce the supply of a brand new container wax from Cargill, namely Nature Wax C-3S.  A brand new wax from Cargill, Nature Wax C3S is a 100% Natural Wax Blend made from Sunflower and Olive Waxes, without additives. This new blend has been carefully formulated to produce a premium product that burns really well, has a creamy appearance and allows very little shrinkage. Nature Wax C3S has all the characteristics of C3 like excellent fragrance hold, cleaner burning and longer lasting. It is also GMO free, made in the EU and has a lovely smooth finish. Available in 5kg block form. Packaging: 25kg cartons. This is a ready-to-use wax blend developed primarily for use in scented container candles. USE INSTRUCTIONS Melting: The wax may be melted at about 70°C to incorporate colours, fragrances and other waxes. Higher temperatures are permissible but heating the wax above 90°C for prolonged periods is not recommended and may cause discolouration. Pouring: The ideal pouring temperature will depend on the size of the candle, the ambient temperature and the other ingredients used; as an indication, pour at 50-55°C for a 200g / 8cm candle, when the container and surroundings are at 20°C. Curing: The candle should be allowed to cool and cure for at least 12 hours before burning, preferably in a temperature-controlled environment. *As with all new waxes on the market, if you are unsure how this will work for you and your candles, we would recommend doing small tests before committing to larger batches.
