When extracted cold, a flavor rich in aromas and very balanced is achieved. Together with the thyme we add an intense, fragrant and slightly earthy aroma that makes it a perfect companion for all your dishes, especially red meats (both baked and grilled). This extra virgin olive oil can be used both raw and in the kitchen, to give it that homemade touch. No artificial flavors. Xavi and Jesús carefully collect each sprig of thyme in the area of Cap de Creus, Costa Brava. Once the plant is collected, it is hung during the week of the full moon to fortify its natural properties.
