Oli del Raig 2024 "The First Oil" - Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 0.5L

For those who don't know, "Oli del Raig" is natural olive juice decanted naturally for a week. The result is an olive oil of superior character, highlighted by its intense fruity flavour and light pulp content. Without a doubt the best way to enjoy our Argudell oil. To obtain the highest quality oil, the olives are harvested in the morning and extracted during the cold of the night. The production of this oil is very limited as it can only be made during the period of time when the olives are green before ripening. This period is usually about 2 weeks maximum.
