We are lucky to have exceptional products of remarkable quality close to home, here in Limousin. We wanted to highlight them through traditional recipes with an authentic taste.
No colorings, no preservatives, no added flavors, just the raw products seasoned with salt and pepper, nothing else!
Our grandmothers' preserves:
Our dishes are packaged in glass jars, the only material that is infinitely recyclable and therefore more respectful of the environment. If you choose to order our jars via our online store, you will receive them in boxes made by a small cardboard company in Limoges, with barley straw used to cushion the jars inside. You can reuse it for your mulch, your animals, etc.
