Anti-waste dessert of the moment (random recipe)

Local en Bocal is a young organic artisanal cannery committed to the fight against food waste. Using local (150 km from the workshop) and second-choice fruits and vegetables, the company produces a wide range of soups, spreads, and compotes for its own brand “a side”, sold in specialized organic stores mainly on the South-East of France, as well as for other brands, and the canteens of Provence.      A compote recipe that changes each season according to the surpluses of organic farmers in Provence (surprise recipe: fig apple, plum pear, raspberry apple, cherry apple...)
