In Saint-Andiol (13), we confidently create drinks that reflect us. The fine living bubbles of our Kombucha combine pleasure and benefits; this beverage represents a real alternative to industrial drinks, which are too sweet and full of additives.
Creative at heart, boring recipes don't mean much to us. Between unusual combinations and subtle balances, our fermented recipes have a whole world to help you discover! Le petit plus ? A super ingredient is hidden in each of our recipes to arouse curiosity... while preserving health!
Here, everything is done by us, from brewing to bottling for naturally sparkling and lively drinks. And of course, certified organic and fair trade. With us, no pasteurization or microfiltration: an authentic Kombucha! No aromas either: only plants, spices and fruits.
For us, entrepreneurship is the best way to make a difference and accelerate the ecological transition. Lökki exists to cultivate otherworldly ferments, imagining and experimenting with a virtuous model through our products and business practices. We also became a “mission-driven company” in 2021.
