EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL VARIETY: EMPELTRE, 5L CAN

Extra virgin olive oil made from olives of the Empeltre variety. Harvested by gentle vibration of the olive trees and transported in boxes to the oil mill in refrigerated vans. For its grinding, the temperature has been controlled and the oil has been extracted by mechanical procedures. It is a pure olive juice in which the fruits have been carefully pampered throughout the production process. Later smoked with wood from the olive trees of our own field.
