After two years of perfecting my skills by working with other cutlers, I embarked on the adventure with "L'OLONNOIS".
From my passion for the sea and sailing, L’Olonnois is a tribute to the legendary pirate from Les Sables d'Olonne, it is said that he was one of the most bloodthirsty and that he had a pronounced taste for blades...
Every knife I craft tells a story, just like the old sailing ships, boats and pirates that inspired my work.
