LoofCo Mini Washing-Up Pads are hand made in Egypt from the gourd of Luffa Aegyptiaca plant with an Egyptian cotton string hanging loop. Single layers of loofah approximately 10cmx8cm in size, each pad is selected for optimal efficacy and flexibility and the natural open texture of this single layer pad allows it to dry quickly. Sold as a 2-pack. LoofCo is a range of pads, scourers, tawashi brushes, husk scraper, cloths & soaps for a sustainable, plastic free, zero-waste, eco living home. Made from natural plant fibres, mainly loofah & coconut. To Use: May appear abrasive when dry but when immersed in water, the Mini Washing-up Pad softens and swells to spongy flexible pad, soft enough for non-stick pans, flexible enough to fit into and around smaller items. Fits neatly in the hand. Use in warm water with washing-up liquid or LoofCo Washing-Up Soap. To keep loofah fresh between uses, rinse, squeeze out excess water, shake out any food particles and hang to dry from the cotton string loop. Occasionally wash in the washing machine or by hand. Last for months and when worn out can be composted.
