Me, Anne GOURIN, beekeeper on my farm: l'Or de la Ruche, I offer a range of honeys from my beehives located entirely in Anjou. This commitment is certified by the department of Maine et Loire through the appellation "Product in Anjou". My methods of driving apiaries and harvesting (no mixing of honey, use of bee hunts, small apiaries, ...), it is the pledge of the authenticity of the flavors and the guarantee of the "madeleine" effect de Proust "for consumers.
GOOD, CLEAN and FAIR is my leitmotif.
GOOD: The search for textures, flavors and specific colors for each of my honeys guide the establishment of my colonies to the rhythms of the flowering of the different essences that make up the rich biodiversity of the baugeois.
CLEAN: Apiaries are set up with the aim of providing access to food resources for bees in areas where the presence of pesticides is almost non-existent (forests, estates, organic farms, etc.). All of the farm's apiaries are located within a radius of 30 km around the farm in order to have a minimum carbon footprint.
FAIR: The consumer prices charged are designed to allow consumers to access a quality product and the producer to make a decent living from his work.
