But why the Origin of the World and this symbol on the bottles.
The Gendarme Hat, this geological fold with a particular shape, typical of the relief of the Jura, resembles the hats worn by post-revolution gendarmes called bicornes. Located in the bends of Septmoncel, a famous road used during cycle races or car rallies, it is a must for tourists in the region.
Nadine and Philippe thus simultaneously celebrate the origin of our world and, later, the appearance of beer more than 13,000 years ago in the Middle East.
