A little goes a long way.   Use fingertips, a Vegan Liquid Foundation brush or a makeup sponge to apply and blend into the skin. 

Apply layers to build up the desired level of coverage.   Can be mixed with your favorite moisturizer for extra hydration.   Apply with small circular movements and cover the entire complexion.
