The balancing act between healthy living vs. alcohol
Everyone knows, or at least suspects, that alcoholic beverages are high in calories. It's just stupid that 99% of all alcoholic drinks don't have any nutritional values printed on them (German legislation).

Early on, I wished that there were alcoholic mixed drinks that taste good on the one hand - but above all are as low as possible in calories.

"I can't be the only one who has this need and feels that way?!"

For years I waited for one of the big manufacturers to fill this niche, but the wait never ended. In the meantime, there was mostly whiskey or rum mixed with diet coke or simply vodka shots. However, the taste was completely neglected.
Somehow I'm on a diet all year round
Once I got into a form that was acceptable to me and didn't keep track of my calories, I quickly found that my body fat was skyrocketing unintentionally. Of course I want to enjoy life, eat what I like and not always have to go without. However, I think you have to find a healthy mix for yourself. For me personally this is “90% clean, 10% dirty”.

Fortunately, today there are such great low-calorie and healthy alternatives to conventional calorie bombs. For example, today there are such great protein puddings that taste like the original, or Cola Zero vs. Cola.....

All of these products manage to make my everyday life easier because I can eat and drink something great that tastes like “dirty” but is actually pretty clean.



Now the only thing missing was this one category for the weekend, for the parties...
