I discovered drinking cereals during my travels in Japan and South Korea. Infused seeds are very common there. We also find this custom in our latitudes, in particular the famous caffè d'orzo in Italy based on roasted barley seeds that are infused. This taste for infused seeds led me on the paths of a couple of Breton producers specializing in the roasting of barley and buckwheat: Graine de Breton. I combined their products in a 100% French recipe mixing barley and buckwheat. The buckwheat brings sweetness and velvety, while the barley completes with body and a more assertive grilled toasted facet, all with a very pleasant light salty sensation, making a nourishing drink but without the calories!
