Cyan tea - Oriental Beauty ／ Vietnam

"Oriental beauty" is the name given by Queen Elizabeth II to this type of tea which has its origins in Taiwan. This semi oxidized tea with supple and present tannins, develops delicate honeyed and fruity notes. It is harvested manually in the mountainous region of Lai Chau in northern Vietnam.
