Produced in the mountainous region of Lai Chau in northern Vietnam, I selected it for its velvety texture, its notes of stewed fruit and dry wood that go perfectly with an afternoon pastry. The warm colors of a tarte tatin will support its intense copper tone. It is a round tea with warm autumnal accents, ideal for an afternoon break but also very pleasant as a morning tea to wake up gently with a salty or sweet breakfast!
