Black tea - Qimen Kao ／ Chinese tea & cocoa peels

Qimen, a Chinese red tea from Anhui province, has notes of leather and wood, but also cocoa. With the idea of a gourmet drink, a hot chocolate with water, I accentuated this cocoa aspect by adding bean rind which gives a subtle chocolate and caramelized nose. The combination of this tea with the cocoa bark brings an energizing and almost nourishing side without the calories!
