Black tea - Smoked T ／ Chinese tea smoked with beech wood

Its sweet smoky scent is obtained by smoking with beech wood that I carry out in my workshop. I chose this tea from China for its supple tannins and its notes of dry wood, leather and blond tobacco. Bewitching, just like its amber color. It is an inspiration from the traditional smoked tea of China, Lapsang Souchong, the anglicized name of Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong.
