“Nothing goes to waste” in Japan where the stems form a tea family in themselves (kukicha). I selected this vintage for the quality of its blend of spring stems and leaves from a cooperative of producers in Kagoshima prefecture in the south of Kyushu island. With sweet green and marine vegetal notes, this meal tea offers a thirst-quenching and purifying effect.
