I discovered drinking cereals in Japan and South Korea. Infused seeds are very common there. In Italy, the famous caffè d´orzo is also an infusion of roasted barley seeds. I combined the seeds of a couple of Breton producers in a 100% French recipe mixing barley and buckwheat. Buckwheat brings smoothness and velvety, while barley completes with body and a toasted toasted facet, all with a slight salty sensation.
