Montespada is certified Sustainable Agriculture. Fresh and fruity with the characteristic varietal hints of Chardonnay, floral and spring. Intense and persistent, with good acidity. Features: Fruity, fresh, with an intense body with an elegant acidity typical of the grape variety and an intense sapidit in the mouth typical of the variety. Vineyard of origin: From the vineyards of Sona – Verona. Harvest: Traditional, manual in boxes in August, when the grapes reach the right ripeness. Look: straw yellow appearance. Nose: a hints of yellow-fleshed fruit and tropical fruit guide the smell with floral notes. Palate: is fresh and fragrant, good balance and good length. Food Pairings: A wine for the whole meal, it goes nicely with grilled shellfish and fish in general.
