Fresh and fruity with the characteristic varietal hints of Glera vinified in floral and spring purity. Intense and persistent, with a good acidity, sparkling with the long Charmat method. Features: Fruity, fresh, with an intense body with an elegant acidity typical of the vine and an intense sapidita in the mouth typical of the variety, Extra Dry, for the most demanding palates who prefer softness. Harvest: Traditional, manual in the box in September before the grapes reach full ripeness to catch the freshness and prepare the base for the subsequent fermentation for the final fermentation. Aging / Aging: Prosecco DOC Millesimato Extra Dry after fermentation and a second long fermentation of about 60 days for an elegant and persistent fine froth taking in order to also favor the varietal aromatic extraction of GLERA is aged for 3 months in bottle before being placed on sale. Tasting Notes: Look straw yellow with greenish reflections; fine and persistent perlage. Nose: Nose hints of lemon and grapefruit, notes of acacia flowers and hints of apple.
