White Grappa of Prosecco Andrea Da Ponte 70cl 40%Vol.

This clear and crystalline grappa amazes with its bouquet of citrus fruits and white flowers that play with a persuasive counterpoint of tropical notes. Pleasantly soft on the palate, it leaves a fine and persistent aftertaste, decidedly pleasant and fresh. Bianca Da Ponte comes from a careful selection of fresh pomace of Glera grapes (Prosecco) distilled with a special discontinuous still designed and manufactured by the Distillery to enhance the exclusive ability of the Da Ponte Method to keep intact the varietal aromas of the grapes. Available in the special 70 cl bottle that takes up the volumes of the one used by the distillery for grappa aged in the mid-50s.
