Fine spread made from cashew nuts, refined with chickpeas. Madame Chéri cashew spread is made from roasted, finely ground cashews. In combination with chickpeas, the result is a creamy spread, finely sweetened with beet sugar. Perfect as a spread, bowl topping or to season vegetable dishes.
