MONSIEUR GIN London Dry Gin 100% ORGANIC and French. First French spirit to work with organic verbena, coriander seed and elderflower. The distillation is done in a copper still which gives it roundness and balance. A reduction is then carried out with pure water from the Gensac-La-Pallue spring. (near Cognac). No additives (flavoring, sugar, glyucerol, etc.) are added. Each bottle is numbered. The 3 labels on the bottle are made from limestone and use a natural biodegradable glue. We always want to do everything to respect the environment. Nose: Fresh notes of gourmet verbena behind juniper berry and coriander seed Palate: Nice balance, harmonious and elegant notes, creamy texture. Overall: Generous and straight.
