This is the specialty that has made the Maison du Biscuit so successful.   A real and delicious financier dough, with pure almonds, molded into the shape of various petit fours, as soft as you like.   The biscuit house took inspiration for its formula from a recipe dating from the last century.   This 500g box contains approximately 45 biscuits and there are 2 freshness sachets per box for better conservation.
