Description On a few very specific days, at the beginning of the harvest season, during the month of October, it is made from green fruits to achieve its unique attributes. At least 20 kg of olives are necessary to obtain 1 liter of product, since the green olives have not yet formed their oil. So you can already imagine how exclusive this oil is.
