Bonito in Chabuca olive oil

Bonito is a blue fish rich in OMEGA3 fatty acids, it provides vitamins of group B, A, D and minerals. This bonito is fished “freehand” (with a rod) by the Cantabrian fishing fleet. At the fish market I bought the best fish and at M.A. Revilla makes it fresh in Santoña (Cantabria). It is characterized by an uneven texture, and very juicy in the mouth.
