Fleur de Sel is considered the queen of this salt, which is extracted from the currently protected natural area of salt flats. Only with a lot of sun and light wind, the fragile crystals are formed, which are carefully extracted manually. Fleur de Sel is especially rich in highly valuable minerals and base elements. It is appreciated as a high quality sea salt. It is white to pale pink. The flavor is aromatic and subtle.
