Agromar 190g Mussel with garlic 100% from Galicia.  Extraction and processing only during the months of October, November and December, the optimal season of greatest accumulation of fat in this bivalve.  As a differentiating element, this preserved mussel is made by hand in all its phases.  Its extraction, work and classification is carried out fresh, and then the byssus (HAIR) is removed one by one.  It is then fried in extra virgin olive oil and presented in a classic way with garlic, with 100% natural top quality products.
